To ensure the safe and effective use of PP melt-blown filter cartridges, relevant specifications must be followed. Before installation, thoroughly clean the filter cartridge and cap. During installation, insert the filter cartridge vertically, align the sealing ring, and slowly tighten the cap. For initial use, flush with a low flow rate for 10 to 15 minutes until the water is clear. During operation, maintain the working pressure between 0.1 and 0.4 MPa, and the water temperature should not exceed 40 degrees Celsius for standard applications and 90 degrees Celsius for special high-temperature applications.
PP melt-blown filter cartridges are designed for single use and should not be washed or reused. Replace immediately when the water flow rate drops by more than 30%, the water turbidity increases significantly, the filter surface turns dark brown, or the pressure difference reaches 0.3 MPa. For normal water quality, a replacement cycle of 3 to 6 months is recommended. This filter cartridge is suitable for water and weak acid or weak alkali solutions, but should not be used with strong oxidants such as concentrated nitric acid, organic solvents such as acetone, or high-temperature steam environments. Furthermore, the operating temperature of the PP melt-blown filter cartridge should generally be below 80 degrees Celsius, and the operating pressure difference should be less than 5 MPa.
