1. Select the filter element based on the required filtration precision and the impurities contained in the liquid. For viscous liquids, a two-stage filtration process can be used, with a pre-stage coarse filtration to reduce resistance and extend the filter element's lifespan (generally 3-4 times).
2. Install the filter element correctly. If contamination is found in the filtered water, carefully check if the filter element is misaligned and whether both ends are properly aligned and tightened.
3. When the pressure difference reaches 0.2 MPa, the filter element should be cleaned or replaced.
