Suction Line Filter Element
Location: Hydraulic pump inlet or inside the oil tank
Function: Coarse filtration, protecting the hydraulic pump from damage caused by large particulate contaminants.
Accuracy: 100–180μm (avoids excessive flow resistance leading to pump cavitation).
Features: High flow capacity, low pressure drop, typically made of stainless steel woven mesh or galvanized mesh.
Pressure Line Filter Element
Location: Pressure oil line after the hydraulic pump outlet
Function: Fine filtration, protecting valves, cylinders, and other precision components.
Accuracy: 5–10μm (high precision up to 1μm).
Features: High pressure resistance (up to 42MPa), typically made of fiberglass or stainless steel sintered mesh, with a built-in bypass valve to prevent clogging.
Return Oil Line Filter Element
Location: The pipeline from the hydraulic component's return oil to the oil tank.
Function: Captures metal debris and colloidal impurities generated by wear within the system.
Accuracy: 5–20μm (adjustable according to contamination control requirements).
Features: Requires resistance to hydraulic shocks (such as hydraulic cylinder reversing shocks), often employing a multi-layer stainless steel mesh + fiberglass composite structure.
