Coalescer Filter Cartridge

This is a liquid-liquid coalescing filter element (coalescing dehydration filter element), featuring olive-green pleated filter media, an upper stainless steel cover plate, and a central compression screw structure. It is widely used in oil purifiers, oil purification systems, and fuel treatment systems. By leveraging the coalescing principle, it removes free water, emulsified water, and solid impurities from oil products. It is often paired with separation filter elements to form a coalescing-separation filtration system.
Coalescence process: The oil containing moisture passes through the filter from the outside inward. The specially hydrophilic filter material captures tiny water droplets in the oil, causing them to merge and coalesce into larger water droplets. Settling separation: The aggregated large water droplets settle by gravity, achieving separation of water and oil, thereby completing the dehydration and purification of the oil while intercepting particulate impurities within the oil.
